Flex Suits will try as much as possible to make your shipping experience worthwhile. We have found out that waiting for your shipment can be stressful and may cause many questions. We hope to make this experience free and effective as possible as we can.
All US based orders shipping times and policies are as follows. All orders placed by 2 PM PST will be processed and shipped out on the same business day. Flex Suits works on a five business day work week which is Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM PST.
- Prices provided on this website are considered final.
- Your orders should be paid in full before the shipment occurs; failure to pay in full will result to non shipping of your products.
- We guarantee that all your personal and payment information will not be given to any third party vendors or companies.
- If order is received on Saturday or Sunday, order will be shipped out Monday or the next business day (excluding holidays)
- All orders shipped in discreet packaging. This is to protect your privacy.
- Wrong address or Zip codes will result in additional fees, we will charge an additional $5 for address mis-match.
- We don’t deliver to PO BOX ADDRESSES; please provide us your physical address.
